  • Can I please ask for some explanation? from 3:57 - 4:07 he is pushing up the weights very fast. What is the purpose of him pushing so fast, is he doing a warm up or is it a part of the work out and why would he push the weight that fast. I’m a newbie and I would tend to do it slowly as I feel the muscles being stretched. Would the faster speed increase muscles stretch? Thanks for everyone’s help!

    • His objective here is to practice for what is coming(a very heavy lift) so he’s trying to 1. Get blood into the muscle(warm up) and 2. Get his body ready for how much weight he’s gonna be pushing

    • No, in one of his videos he said that he uses all of his force when lifting even if the weight is light In other words he bench presses 135 with the same power as 700, and no it doesn't help with muscle growth I hope this helped
